What does Linden Tree Counseling, PLLC help with?
I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults to help them manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related emotional or behavioral challenges. Sessions focus on building practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening self-understanding in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Treatment is tailored to each person’s needs and may include talk therapy, skills-based strategies, and family support when helpful.
While I work with children, there are some things that I cannot do. Because I provide therapy services to children, I am not able to provide an expert opinion or recommendation relating to the conservatorship of or possession of or access to a child, including a child custody evaluation or parenting facilitation. I also do not provide court-ordered treatment or forensic evaluations.

Linden Tree Counseling, PLLC is an outpatient therapy practice. How does Linden Tree Counseling, PLLC help?
Across ages, therapy helps build emotional awareness, improve regulation, strengthen relationships, and support healthier ways of thinking and responding to stress. For children, play therapy is often used to help them express thoughts and feelings in a natural, developmentally appropriate way through play, which can make it easier to process experiences they may not yet have words for.
